In this I am going to do Reviews on P90X workouts.  I have to admit I actually bought Tony Horton’s P90 years ago and never really did the program.  In fact those expense DVD’s sat in the box.  As the title of the website states Fitness dad at that time I was Fat dad :-)

I actually never got around to using P90 by Beachbody I hate to admit.  Then a few years ago I got P90X and guess what it did is it sat in the box.  After watch the Reviews on P90X workouts on TV who could resist buying it, Of course I want that body!  Fitnessdad.com is about finding the time to workout being a parent which is harder than you think for all of you that have no kids.  Time is a very scarce commodity being a parent when you have all your kids activities and everything else under the sun to do.

The reason I dug the DVD’s out of my closet was not do to all the reviews on P90X workouts.  I had a big problem in my workout routine.  I was not really getting a good core or lower body workout.  Being a guy I usually worked out the chest and arms but not the core or legs.  Legs is my least favorite thing to workout.  I had to find a way to force myself to start including my lower body.  The best way I came up with was doing the p90x workout by Tony Horton and Beachbody.

By following their simple workout plan I knew I would be hitting every muscle in my body.  This is the exact reason the workout works!  The Reviews on p90x workouts is in it actually works!  The reason it works is it targets every muscle and pushes them in ways never done before.  IF you want to lose weight fast then this DVD workout is for you.

Some of the P90X workouts I have a love hate relationship with them.  I hate doing them but after I feel great.  Now the hard part is some of the sections you will not want to do but you have to push yourself if it is going to work.  I have seen some people who say they are doing the p90x routine but they really aren’t.  They are actually only doing 2/3 of the workout.  It is that last 1/3 where you get your biggest gains in fat loss and muscle gain.  If you don’t push yourself to exhaustion you won’t get the results.  If you don’t stay on the eating program you will not get the superb results.
