adjustable Dumbbells are a must have to use with P90X workouts. I originally did the P90X workouts with dumbbells but with only three different dumbbells it just want enough variety for the workouts. The other great advantage is being able to go up in weight in increments and the three sets of dumbbells I had, was not even close to being enough for the P90X workouts. The biggest problems was I either had to light of weight or it was to heavy and I struggled. With the adjustable dumbbells I have increments that I can adjust my weight to what I need. Making the adjustment in weight is fast which is what you need and it’s what Tony wants in the exercise.
