I bought Beachbody Products because I was looking for home fitness equipment. I had bought Power 90 from an infomercial back in 2003. All I can say is it definitely works if you follow the program.

There are the Beachbody Nutritional which in cludes a Activit multivitamins, Core omega-3, Core Cal-Mag, Meal Replacement Shake, Slimming Formula, 2-Day Fast Formula, P90X Peak Performance Protein Bars, P90X Results and Recovery Formula, P90X Peak Health Formula, Whey Protein Powder, Performance Formula, Strength & Muscle Men’s Formula, Joint Support Super Formula, Herbal Immune Boost, Total Health Women’s Formula, Core Nutrition Pack and Renewal Pack. I am not a fan of their supplements. I have taken diffrent supplements that seemed to give me more energy.

One last question to ask yourself is how much is a gym membership and will they still have their doors open after you paid them? With Beachbody products your home is the gym and you own the equipment so you don’t have to worry about the gym going out of business.
